Also known as chef Kim, is an experienced veteran in the hospitality Industry for over 30 years. Chef Kim is best described as a presenter of Korean cuisines with authentic flavours, combining a modern touch for the ever-changing market.
His journey started from Korea, growing up in a small family restaurant where his passion for cooking is raised and grew whilst seeing more and more smiling customers. The foundation that chef Kim has built made him a true Korean master chef who practices the art of Korean cuisine from the root to the fruits.
With his talent, experience and passion, chef Kim has successfully impressed the Australian market with countless establishments in the last 30 years and making him a highly regarded chef in the industry.
